I'm Matthys Beukes.

I've been riding, racing and loving bicycles since doing my first race aged 7 in 1994.

 

Literally have spent over 20 years on the bicycle trying to go from point A to point B as fast as possible. I've been lucky enough to have achieved results I never thought possible but also experienced the disappointments of not doing so many times over.

One thing stayed constant through all these years though...

My love and passion for cycle sports!

I'm now retired from professional racing and a little bit more focused on what happens BETWEEN point A and point B. 

I love sharing my passion and experience with fellow riders all over the world through Synergy Cycle Sports.

I'm really excited about what the future holds for SCS and hope that our paths may cross at some point...
